**Job Summary:**

As a manager in the financial services industry, you will play a key role in setting risk appetite for the securitisation segment.

The team is responsible for managing risks associated with a diverse portfolio of global and domestic banks, diversified financial companies, and securitisation vehicles.

Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Analyse credit papers across a portfolio of non-bank lenders and securitisation customers, interpreting data to inform lending decisions.
  • Negotiate core lending facilities and securitisation structures, presenting deals to approval committees and exercising due diligence.
  • Work with front-line colleagues to understand customer strategies, support growth opportunities, and perform extensive customer due diligence.
  • Use internal and external data to monitor customer and portfolio risks, assess counterparty-specific and macroeconomic risks, and recommend strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Support senior risk managers to ensure transaction or portfolio credit risks are identified, managed, measured, monitored, and reported.

  • Securitisation, financial institutions lending, or complex corporate lending structures.
  • Analysing and writing about credit risk for a senior audience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • A proactive mindset to seek out problems and find solutions.
  • Solid time management and prioritisation skills, and ability to work under guidance.
