Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Customers: You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: You will be responsible for checking and creating orders, ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
  • Warehouse Operations: You will assist in maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse, including keeping work areas clean and tidy.
  • Quality Control: You will conduct quality control checks on picked items, counting and recording finished goods stock figures.
  • Reporting: You will record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager.
  • Stock Management: You will assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, submitting all documents related to the outgoing of goods.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, good communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to multitask. You should also have good time management and organization skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
