About the Role:

As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims in line with set procedures and policies. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within insurance claims or customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote QBE's products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Process claims in line with set procedures and policies
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and develop good working relationships with all customers and service providers
  • Manage claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists
  • Enhance and develop your own technical expertise and participate in professional development and training where required

  • Previous experience within insurance claims or customer service
