Chaplaincy Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our chaplaincy team.

The Role
  • Provide holistic care to students, staff, and families.
  • Model high expectations to create a safe and supportive culture.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Facilitate spiritual inquiry, formation, and community engagement.
  • Educate the Anglican ethos of the school.
  • Lead and facilitate community gatherings with the chaplaincy team.
  • Embody the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Requirements

A degree in theology is highly desirable. Proven pastoral experience is essential. Pedagogical expertise and experience engaging students at the secondary level is also required. Registration with the relevant authorities is necessary for this position.
