Dynamic Leader in Customer Engagement

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our customer engagement strategy, harnessing innovative technology and data insights to optimize our commercial approach while enhancing productivity through automation and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Customer Engagement strategy for our organization by driving the FFCE Roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive actionable insights for our commercial strategy by leveraging data and innovative technology.
  • Enhance productivity by optimizing operations through automation and technology.
  • Optimize the sales force by implementing effective segmentation, targeting, and territory management.
About You

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team devoted to making a difference. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Science.
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with project management capabilities and a preferred proficiency in Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, and proven project management skills.
