">AI Strategy and Innovation Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to help lead the future of innovation, establishing our in-house AI capability to improve service delivery, optimise operations, and enhance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI strategy and capabilities across the business
  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions that drive efficiencies, improve insights, and enhance decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases across various business functions
  • Build the framework, tools, and processes to support scalable, ethical, and secure AI implementation
  • Guide the integration of AI solutions with our existing systems and data architecture, in partnership with IT

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions, driving business value through innovation and strategic leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or applied AI roles (5+ years preferred)
  • A proven track record of end-to-end delivery of AI projects in a commercial environment
  • Hands-on skills in Python, machine learning frameworks, NLP, and cloud AI services
  • Deep understanding of data strategy, model deployment, and governance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
