Key Leadership Role: Court Services Program Manager

Program Overview:

The CISP Bail and Remand Court (BaRC) and Navigation and Triage (NAT) programs provide vital support to individuals on bail with multiple and complex needs, including mental health, substance use, family violence, and homelessness. As a court services program manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of these programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the CISP BaRC and NAT programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance, supervision, and clinical oversight to program staff.
  • Manage client caseloads and support staff in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet service demands.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement evidence-informed practice models.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the judiciary, legal professionals, court staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment, induction, and professional development of staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You are a compassionate and experienced leader with a strong background in case management and clinical supervision. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience working with clients with complex needs.
  • Well-developed knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the following specialist areas: mental health, alcohol and substance use/addiction, family violence, or homelessness.
  • Demonstrated experience or capability in supervising case managers and advanced case managers, particularly in relation to clinical risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level) in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or a related field.
  • A commitment to service excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
