Highly Skilled Power Platform Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team as a power platform developer.
Key responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex programs and scripts based on agreed specifications and standards.
Technical Requirements- Design end-to-end power platform solutions using power apps (canvas & model-driven), power automate, power bi, and dataverse.
- Develop scalable and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, dynamics 365, azure, and third-party systems.
Create robust and efficient data models using Dataverse, SQL, and other sources.
Implement ALM best practices using power platform pipelines or Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Governance & ComplianceEvaluate and ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance policies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business analysts, developers, and end-users to translate requirements into technical designs.
Lead workshops and training sessions to support citizen developers and IT teams.
Requirements- Hands-on experience designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies.
- Passion for low-code/no-code development and enabling citizen developers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
