Cognizant seeks a highly skilled, experienced software developer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining complex business applications using both canvas and model-driven approaches.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Power Apps, Data Management Tools, and Azure Integration. They should be proficient in developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as creating user-friendly interfaces using Power Apps Studio.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and analytical critical thinking skills. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are also required, as this role involves working with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

Must have experience with integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft products such as Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint. Familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for custom development is also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop applications using the MS Power Platform, using both canvas and model driven approaches.
  • Installation of data gateways.
  • Developing Azure logic apps and functions
  • Development of interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Integrate apps with data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
  • Customize components, layouts, and workflows to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces and automate processes with Power Automate.
