Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage projects that deliver digital solutions meeting business requirements on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions.
  • Partner with technology leaders to align business and technical delivery activities, providing a clear view of the critical path.
  • Support Product Owners in defining and managing scope, ensuring business outcomes and benefits are clearly articulated.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including estimates, cost control, and vendor governance.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate program risks and issues, influencing stakeholders to resolve challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders, keeping them engaged and aligned to outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise methodologies and governance processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Program or Senior Project Manager in large, complex transformation programs.
  • Strong track record of managing scope, budgets, governance, and delivery within financial services or similar complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage risks proactively, provide clear reporting, and maintain accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise delivery methodologies (such as Transformation Delivery Standards or similar frameworks).
