About The Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, assessment, case management, and referral services to support students' educational and emotional needs.
- Implement proactive wellbeing initiatives and early intervention programs.
- Support career development and SET planning.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary support team to develop individualised student support plans.
- Support school-wide initiatives in behaviour management, mental health, and student protection.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also need to have a sound understanding of child safety and wellbeing principles, as well as experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
