Our kitchen team is seeking a skilled Apprentice Pastry Chef to join our dynamic and creative culinary environment. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and complete your formal pastry apprenticeship while working in a fast-paced and exciting setting.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for pastry and baking who is eager to learn and grow in their career. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and banquet service. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts
  • Learns and applies pastry skills and techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs
  • Supports preparation, stock rotation, and portion control to minimize wastage
  • Works according to daily production sheets and contributes to efficient service delivery
