">Job Description:
">We are seeking a reliable full-time baker to join our team in Melbourne. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Baking.
">As part of this qualification, you will learn how to bake bread, cake, pastry and biscuit products in a commercial baking environment. You will work under the guidance of experienced bakers and have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive team environment.
">To be considered for this position, you must be physically fit as heavy lifting may be involved. You should also be well-presented and well-groomed, with own reliable transport to work. Application is open to all ages.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods
- Learn and apply techniques for mixing, kneading and baking
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
">- Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent)
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
