Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and prevent potential security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a professional and effective manner.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external partners as required.

Requirements

  • A current Qld Security Licence.
  • A 1st Aid Certificate.
  • NV1 Government Security Clearance.
  • A Police check completed within the last three months.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • High levels of customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a similar role, encompassing basic reception, concierge, and security operations duties.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • The ability to produce high-quality reports.
