The role of Cultural Liaison Officer presents a unique opportunity to lead the successful integration of local communities and stakeholders in rebuilding a community in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engagement strategies to ensure effective communication with local stakeholders
  • Work closely with onsite trainers and assessors in upskilling programs
  • Identify and address local and cultural concerns related to the project

This is a leadership role that requires a high level of autonomy, motivation, and drive. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' practical experience in a similar role
  • Prior mining or construction industry experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to a safety culture
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment, possess excellent leadership skills, and be passionate about working with local communities and Indigenous Australians.
