As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians, helping them to maintain their dignity and independence. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our team to provide personalized care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Assist with medication management
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
- Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent
- Experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing (desired)
