Make a Difference in the Lives of Older Australians

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Myhomecare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing (desired)
