Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Casual Paralegal to join our legal operations team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will assist with day-to-day legal functions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, collecting information, and providing advice on contracts.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A 3rd-year law student or recent graduate with a minimum Distinction average is preferred. Prior experience as a paralegal is highly desirable but not essential.

Working Arrangements:

This is a casual position working 2 days per week (Tuesday and Friday), with the option to work from home on Fridays. Our team offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

  • Assist General Counsel and Legal Counsel with file management and document preparation
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including consultancy agreements and leases
  • Collect information relevant to matters and liaise with clients
  • Review and provide advice on contracts
