About the Role:

Snooze Dandenong is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and exceptional customer relationship-building skills. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential. We welcome applications from candidates looking for full-time or casual opportunities.

This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is mandatory.

At Snooze, You'll Excel by:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers to provide personalized sleep solutions
  • Collaborating with your team in daily store operations – including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Retail experience selling high-value items (preferred but not essential)
  • Customer-centric behaviors
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • The drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • The physical ability to walk the floor throughout the day and safely carry heavy stock when required
