As a Production Operator II R4, you'll be responsible for preparing raw materials and packaging, operating mixers, and ensuring compliance with quality and operating procedures.

You'll work closely with our Production Manager to ensure efficient production processes and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging according to process instructions and procedures.
  • Operate mixers, verify and load raw materials, take samples, and unload and pack products.
  • Document process figures and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure initial testing and release of products, and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Packaging the final product according to instructions and ensuring it meets H.B. Fuller's quality standards.
  • Maintain machinery and work areas in a clean and proper condition.
  • Responsible for own training documentation and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Experience as a Production Operator would be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and forklift license required.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
