Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Developer with a specialization in procurement to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality apparel and accessories, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Sourcing
    • Source high-volume apparel and accessories styles from reputable suppliers
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards
    • Work closely with suppliers to resolve any quality issues
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Manage production trackers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
    • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and reduce lead times
  • Sustainability and Innovation
    • Support our sustainability program by increasing the number of styles made from lower-impact materials
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development and procurement
