As a Key Member of our Teaching and Delivery Team, you will contribute to developing and delivering quality learning services to a wide range of clients through:

• Outcome-focused vocational education programs;
• Linking with industry, schools, universities, and other VET providers;
• Maintaining currency with industry practices, workplace delivery, and contemporary teaching methodologies;
• Working in an environment of change and continuous improvement; and
• Driving excellence in education.

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree of at least three years duration awarded by an Australian university or tertiary institution, or its onshore or overseas equivalent AND At least 100 hours teaching English as a Second Language OR Adult Literacy/Numeracy in the last three years; OR A specialist Adult Literacy qualification; OR A recognised specialist TESOL qualification.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working in remote and/or First Nations communities, with a demonstrated understanding of cultural protocols and community engagement approaches.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, including the ability to build trust and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Ability to contextualise LLND content to suit everyday realities, languages, and priorities of participants in remote settings.
• Digital literacy and confidence with low-tech and no-tech delivery methods, including blended or mobile learning models adapted for low-connectivity areas.
