About the Role

The HR Advisor is a newly created permanent position within Anglicare Southern Queensland's Centre of Expertise - HR Enablement and Support. This role focuses on delivering exceptional HR operational services to the organization.

The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions in resolving employee and manager enquiries and requests. Key responsibilities include navigating HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage, advise, and manage competing priorities in a busy and complex environment.
