Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Director to lead our external communications plan and strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant agencies. The ideal candidate will drive effective communication campaigns across consumer and B2B brands, leveraging research and data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our reputation and foster strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Manage proactive media outreach and reactive media queries to secure positive media coverage.
  • Lead issues management by effectively dealing with media, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare key spokespeople for media and speaking engagements.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the leadership team on all communication matters.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in senior corporate PR and media roles, either agency or in-house.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and crisis communications effectively.
  • Strong media relations skills with a network of media contacts.
  • Experience in coaching senior leaders for media and speaking engagements.
  • Financial services, technology, or fintech experience preferred.
