Accounting Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to assume key roles in accounting and finance.

This position is ideal for a career-minded individual who is passionate about working in a team environment and has a strong background in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting activities, including investments and expenses
  • Prepare portfolio forecasts, variance analyses, and maintain portfolio data
  • Collaborate with the Valuation Committee for monthly valuation preparation and materials
  • Review monthly NAV to ensure supporting workpapers and information are present
  • Assist with oversight of the annual audit process and work closely with fund administrators
  • Oversee transaction closing process, review deliverables, reporting, and allocations
  • Handle daily cash flow activity
  • Mentor junior fund accounting team members
  • Prepare internal dashboards and investor reporting
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in public audit for financial services clients or private accounting
  • CPA highly preferred
  • Experience managing staff preferred
