Quality Assurance Manager

Future You is seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality department, ensuring the company's products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NCR activities in a customer-facing role, ensuring prompt resolution of quality issues.
- Review specifications and labels for country requirements and compliance, guaranteeing products meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct specification reviews and lead internal audits to the SQF standard, maintaining the company's accreditation.
- Train, coach, and motivate subordinate staff, working closely with production operators to ensure a culture of quality excellence.
- Enable the business to embark on its growth strategy, ensuring right-first-time quality and cost-effectiveness.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Quality Manager to join a small and growing food manufacturer, driving quality excellence and contributing to the company's expansion plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading businesses through SQF accreditations, with a strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Experience gained from within food or drinks manufacturing, with a tertiary qualification in food science or a related field.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fluid manufacturing environment.
