About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Earlyhood. As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will lead our educational programs and inspire a positive learning culture within our Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure excellent child outcomes and a nurturing environment
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve Centre goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualified)
  • NESA accreditation
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or Educational Leader position
  • Thorough knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Valid Working With Children's Check
  • Full Working Rights
