We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

About the Job
  • This position involves working as part of a specialist asset management provider, maintaining, installing and assessing electrical assets and equipment for various customers.
  • You will be responsible for complying with all directions provided in Daily Work Packs, completing facility electrical and related project works, and assuming complete responsibility for installation of all service, equipment and materials utilised to complete work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Comply with all directions provided in Daily Work Packs
  2. Complete all facility electrical and related project works as directed by the site supervisor/project manager/operations manager/managing director
  3. Assume complete responsibility and be accountable for installation of all service, equipment and materials utilised to complete work
  4. Report all electrical incidents, hazards and near misses and report back to the relevant supervisor and client representative.
  5. Inspect lines, poles and equipment for signs of damage or wear and report deficiencies
  6. Locate underground electric cable faults for repair
  7. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements
  • Public Lighting Module
  • Trade qualification
  • WA Electrical License
  • Valid driver's licence minimum class C
  • Construction (white) card
  • Hardworking
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, troubleshooting and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of electrical and building codes
  • Strong time management skills – ability to meet strict deadlines and targets

Desirable Skills
  • High Risk Card - WP, DG, LF
  • First aid, CPR and LVR
  • Working at Heights Training
  • Good physical strength and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
