We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks, domestic duties, social engagement, and transportation. You will also provide support with medication management as part of their care plans.

  • You will work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, building trust and rapport through honest and polite communication.
  • You will document care activities accurately using an iPad, reporting any concerns or observations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is essential for this role.
  • You must hold a current Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification is also a requirement.
