Supply Chain Coordinator Role

You will work in a dynamic team to manage the supply of finished goods from local suppliers. This role involves daily reviews of SAP exception messages and outstanding orders, as well as leading supplier meetings and weekly root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers on open order status
  • Lead supplier meetings
  • Daily review of SAP exception messages to bring forward, move out and cancel deliveries.
  • Review of outstanding orders
  • Weekly root cause analysis and 5whys for OOS or excess materials

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain role
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
