About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Trainee to join our team at Big Fat Smile Group Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator Trainee, you will play a critical role in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with and be supported by an experienced team of educators and teachers to educate and care for children aged 0-5.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education is provided to children.
  • Participate in professional learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • No qualifications or experience is required, as we will provide training and support to help you achieve your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Be able to work full-time hours.
  • Be able to obtain a Working with Children Check, valid for paid work.
  • Be passionate about creating better outcomes for local children, families, and communities.
  • Be committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.
