More than just a childcare centre, our goal is to ensure that we are hiring qualified and dedicated Teachers and Educators to join our fantastic team. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic **Early Childhood Educators & Early Childhood Teachers** to join our close-knit and supportive team in **Shellharbour & Albion Park, NSW**.
As an **Early Childhood Educator**, your core responsibilities will be to:
- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents
As an **Early Childhood Teacher**, your core responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the Centre Director on teaching matters, this role will implement programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
- Deliver the training programs and curriculum of MindChamps, in accordance with the National Quality Standard Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia
- Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development
- Assist our Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations
- Respond to the emotional needs of our Champs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Champs and their parents
- Be responsible for the children’s transition to the school program
**What we are looking for**
- Early Childhood Educator: A completed Certificate 3 or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Early Childhood Teacher: A completed or working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
- Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
