Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of our retail operations.
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Eastland store. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell products and promote our range of donuts, pies, coffee, and shakes.
- Prepare cold beverages and coffees to exacting standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Full-time, part-time, and casual roles are available across all shifts.
