We are seeking talented individuals to join our retail team as Customer Experience Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, filling, and adjusting displays to ensure visual appeal. You will also upsell products, offer recommendations, and prepare cold beverages using our Barista machine.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude towards all tasks, and enthusiasm for upselling. Prior retail or food experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and grow with us is key.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Set up, fill, and adjust displays as required to ensure visual appeal.
  • Upsell products and offer recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Prepare cold beverages and work the Barista machine to craft amazing coffees.
  • Clean duties throughout the store, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards all tasks.
  • Show enthusiasm for upselling and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have prior retail or food experience (although not essential).
