\Key Responsibilities

- Prepare stope designs, level plan layouts, and mining instructions to meet the operational mining schedule.\
- Ensure mine plans consider ventilation, infrastructure, and pastefill requirements.\
- Prepare underground design optimisations, sensitivities, and reports.\
- Develop infrastructure plans and schedules considering mining interactions.\
- Guide and communicate planning guidance to the Production Team.\
- Collaborate with multiple departments on projects.\
- Assist with weekly schedule development and project coordination.\
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.\
- Completed a WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency or ability to obtain one.\
- Strong underground engineering experience preferably in gold operations.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik and Ventsim.\
- Possess a manual valid Driver's License.\
- 8 days on and 6 days off roster providing time for personal activities.\
- Excellent Life of Mine across multiple assets.\
- Site Allowance Private Health Insurance Allowance and Quarterly Bonus Scheme.\
- 5 weeks annual leave 18 weeks parental leave and long service leave after 5 years.\
