About the Role:
This role will involve working with clients to develop personalized recovery plans, providing assessment and treatment services, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. You will work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based practice and support the implementation of best practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress.
