**The Role:**

We're looking for seasonal retail team members to join us over Christmas. To ensure our stores are well-stocked and ready for customers, we have two different but equally important shifts: Customer Service and Behind the Scenes.

**A Day in the Life:**

Customer Service Shifts

Team members working the Customer Service shift focus on providing an exceptional customer experience every time. These shifts take place while our stores are open, assisting customers with their selections, maintaining a tidy shop floor and working with the team to ensure every customer has a memorable experience at our stores.

Behind the Scenes Shifts

Behind the Scenes shifts involve work outside of store trading hours, focusing on ensuring our stores are ready to open and be shopped by customers. Team members will perform early starts and late finishes, managing stock, filing and tidying the shop floor, and preparing the store for promotions and sales.
