Teaching is a rewarding profession that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students. This Primary K-6 Teacher role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate educator to join our school community.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to structure lessons to meet the physical, social, and intellectual development and characteristics of students. They will be able to create and maintain safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality contemporary learning programs
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Creating opportunities for students to engage with their school communities within and beyond the classroom

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be committed to ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.

Successful applicants will be subject to employment screening, including a National Police Check and Working With Children Check. Qualifications/Selection Criteria

Applicants must have a strong understanding of the Key Learning Areas, including Religious Education. They should also possess excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
