Seeking an experienced educator to lead teaching and learning in Years 7-12.

The role involves providing leadership for secondary leaders of learning and staff, ensuring continuous improvement and best outcomes for teaching and learning.

This is a permanent teaching position with a four-year tenure commencing in Term 1 of 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive learning program in line with the Australian Curriculum
  • Demonstrate best practice in teaching and learning
  • Support the college as a Catholic institution in the Edmund Rice tradition
  • Passionately advocate for diversity, including diverse learning, culture and faith backgrounds
  • Create a learning environment that is engaging and inclusive of all students
  • Communicate and lead with determination, while unifying and motivating teams
Requirements
  • Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons
  • Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Experience working in a Catholic school or education setting
