Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a growing portfolio of retail properties, with a focus on maximising occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of retail properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
  • Conducting regular property inspections and implementing maintenance and repair plans to ensure optimal property condition
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
  • Analysing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing insights to drive performance improvement
  • Overseeing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and external partners to foster a collaborative environment
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and health and safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Property Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of retail property management practices and industry trends, including current market conditions and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders
  • Current WA Property Management Registration
