What this job involves

We're looking for a Retail Portfolio Manager to be based in JLL Perth office.
To contribute to positive financial and market outcomes for JLL by leading a portion of the WA retail portfolio to ensure our teams are engaged and our clients relationships are of a high standard. The role requires having a thorough understanding of the Property and Asset Management Business Line and the implementation of sound business principles. The Retail Portfolio Manager reports directly to the Head of Retail - WA and broader state counterparts according to their portfolio.

There is a heavy focus on people leadership and planning and creating strong engagement with our staff and clients. Alongside this, includes supporting new business strategies, maximising lease and rental negotiations, timely and accurate reporting to clients, and provision of backup / support to Direct Reports. Delivery of exceptional performance levels in accordance with the client MAA's and KPIs.

The Retail Portfolio Manager is charged with ensuring delivery of the budgeted revenue and PGOI to JLL for the assets under their leadership and ensure consistent billings of all management fee and transactional revenue.

**An Overview of the role**:
Provide effective support to the Head of Retail - WA
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the JLL Management Agency Agreement and ensure its consistent implementation across the portfolio.
Supervise the effective management of all department resources and implement those as efficiently as possible to deliver exceptional performance across all buildings
Be familiar with local market trends at all times and industry changes and be able to provide strategic advice to clients on their portfolio.
Managing transactional revenue and corporate debt collection

You'll be deadline drive, and a skilled multi-tasker. Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role, as is the ability to think outside the box and be open to new ideas

Demonstrated previous experience leading a team of managers in a fast paced environment
Sets targets for self, and monitors and manages own performance with the guidance from their direct manager
Leads by example and makes suggestions for solutions that resolve problems or improve operations - comes with the solution in mind
Conducts open, collaborative and transparent relations with superiors, peers & clients
Communicates effectively with superiors, peers and clients.
Demonstrates previous experience leading high performance teams and working with a 'people focus'
Works well in a fast past environment with often conflicting deadlines
