Key Role in Logistics and Customer Service

The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and providing exceptional customer service.

This involves arranging pick-ups and deliveries, packaging consignments correctly, completing administrative tasks, tracking and tracing consignments, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and delivery drivers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the store manager with sales, contribute to a positive customer experience, and help drive business growth.

In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess an intermediate level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.

A valid Australian driver's license and strong customer service experience in a retail environment are also essential requirements.

Beyond these core requirements, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, think critically, and solve problems efficiently will be highly valued.

This is a casual role with 20 hours per week, offering potential for full-time employment. Full training will be provided, and a uniform will be supplied.
