About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Content Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in researching, creating, and delivering high-quality automated legal forms for use by law firms.

You will utilise your knowledge of legislation and legal processes to enhance the functionality and interactivity of our forms and precedents, conduct thorough testing, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and maintain knowledge of key parties, processes, and documents used in legal processes
  • Create and update high-quality automated legal forms for use by law firms
  • Use automation tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organisation standards
  • Test and validate forms to ensure correct functionality
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience working in a law firm
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and document formatting
  • Solid understanding of key parties, processes, and documents used in legal processes
  • Experience using document automation software a plus
