Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

This role will also involve building a team that is empowered to exceed, with a focus on driving sales, profit and productivity through the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development.
  • Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience in operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
