Job Description for a Provisional Psychologist

The role of the Provisional Psychologist is to support NDIS participants in accordance with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high quality therapeutic interventions in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardised assessments to formulate treatment goals.
  • Be responsible for supporting and managing your caseload, ensuring timely completion of case notes, reports and other correspondence as required.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals and stakeholders regarding client care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based and client-centred interventions in line with best practice guidelines.
  • Support participants and stakeholders to develop and review support plans.
