We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assessment Coordinator to join our Motor Claims team at Suncorp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and coordinating motor claims, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coordinate motor claims, including assessing damage and determining liability
  • Communicate with customers, repairers, and suppliers to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate the towing of vehicles to support assessment and repair
  • Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with our service level agreements and compliance obligations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve the claims process
Requirements
  • Motor claims or claims experience preferred
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of ClaimCenter and intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
