Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Business Engagement Specialist.

About the Job: As a Business Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes greeting clients and guests, answering telephone calls, handling mail and courier services, updating systems data, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and guests
  • Answer telephone calls and provide assistance
  • Handle mail and courier services
  • Update systems data and perform administrative tasks
  • Provide IT support and maintain facility operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask with ease.
