About the Role
\We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate real estate professional to join our team as a trainer and business partnerships lead.
\As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing theory and practical training to students through virtual classroom sessions. You will also assess a range of students using various methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.
\Your duties will include supporting a panel of contracted trainers, delivering engaging workshops face-to-face and virtually/online, and utilizing your administrative and organizational skills to prepare workshops, communicate with students, and maintain the student portal.
\To be successful in this role, you will have solid experience and understanding of the real estate sector, a certificate IV in training and assessment or willingness to obtain, and a sound knowledge of the VET sector and national standards for RTOs.
\You will possess strong communication skills with confidence in delivering nationally recognized courses and hold a valid driver's license.
