Lead Fashion Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team. This is a key role that will lead the design of seasonal ranges, colour palettes and product innovation.
Key responsibilities include conducting global trend and market research to influence design direction, owning the full product lifecycle from tech packs and sampling to fit and sign-off, collaborating with suppliers and internal partners to deliver ranges to brief, on time.
In addition, you will support sustainability goals through responsible material sourcing and design, contribute to range strategy, price architecture and margin targets, and champion continuous improvement and creative thinking in all work.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Fashion & Textile Design or a related discipline, 5+ years' experience in fashion/apparel design, advanced Adobe Creative Suite and CAD design skills, strong commercial acumen with an eye for trend, customer and innovation.
