**Quality Assurance Team Lead Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our quality assurance team.

  • Drive the development of testing strategies and methodologies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Leverage Agile testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Establish and enforce quality engineering best practices to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive test automation initiatives and deliver modern software products.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years' experience in quality assurance management, including experience in driving standards and improving culture.
  • Mentoring and managing teams across best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile Testing Methodology, Performance Testing, and API testing tools like SoapUI and Postman.
  • Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress.io, and Appium.
